Photo booth hire in Croatia 2027: 7 providers with prices from 300 euros, Glamur Events, Luma, Photo-booth.hr, Memory Box, Photobooth Zagreb, Love Box Studio and Photo Boothiga. What's included, how many hours and when to book.

Photo booth hire in Croatia, from providers that publish a price list, starts at 300 euros for two to three hours, and four-hour packages cost 380 to 500 euros. This guide is for couples planning a wedding in Croatia, and for anyone organising a birthday, prom night or company Christmas party, who want to know what a photo booth costs, what's included in the price and when to book it. Our first pick is Glamur Events from Zagreb, which offers retro, mirror and 360 photo booths with unlimited prints and a discount when you book several services. The lowest published prices come from Luma Productions (300 euros for 3 hours) and Photo-booth.hr (300 euros for 2 hours). We checked prices on providers' websites on 3 November 2026.

If you're choosing photo booth hire on price, compare the price per hour and the number of prints, not just the package total. A 300-euro package for two hours and 150 prints isn't the same as 300 euros for three hours and 300 prints.

How to choose photo booth hire

Retro, mirror or 360 photo booth

A classic or retro photo booth is a box with a camera and screen that guests pose in front of, and the photo prints straight away. A mirror booth, also known as a magic mirror, is a large mirror with a touchscreen that gives guests instructions with voice and animations. A 360 photo booth is a platform with a camera that circles around and records a short video, which guests get via QR code, with no print. For a wedding with plenty of older guests, classic and mirror booths are simpler, while 360 video goes down best at birthdays and company parties.

How much does a photo booth cost

According to the Croatian wedding guide Plans.hr, a classic photo booth for a wedding in Croatia usually costs 300 to 600 euros, and a larger interactive set-up 700 euros or more (Plans.hr). The published starting packages we found begin at 300 euros, and four-hour packages cost 380 to 500 euros. Duration, number of prints and travel affect the price most: cheaper packages often limit the number of photos, and outside their home city some providers charge 0.20 to 0.30 euros per kilometre. Plans.hr also says quotes for the same equipment can differ by up to 30 %, and off season and on weekdays the price is negotiable.

What should be included

When you compare photo booth hire offers, check five things: the number of hours, the number and size of prints, props and backdrop, an operator who stays with the booth the whole time, and a digital gallery. Most providers include a frame design with names and date, and some add a guest book, an album where photos are stuck in next to guests' messages. Ask whether setup counts towards the hours: Smart Event, for example, says setup time isn't counted (Smart Event).

How many hours

For a wedding, photo booth hire is most often booked for four hours, because the booth gets most use after dinner and the first dance. For a birthday or company party, two to three hours is usually enough. An extra hour at Love Box Studio costs 50 euros, and Photo Boothiga charges 100 euros for two extra hours, so work out whether a longer package is cheaper than paying for extra hours.

Space, power and internet

According to Photobooth Zagreb, a classic booth needs at least 2.5 x 2.5 m of space and a socket nearby, and setup takes about 30 minutes (Photobooth Zagreb). A mirror booth needs about 3 x 3 m. Outdoors, a booth only works with weather protection and a stable power supply. Downloading photos by QR code depends on internet at the venue, so in basement halls check the signal or ask for the gallery to be sent after the party.

When to book

Photo booth hire for summer Saturdays should be booked at least a year ahead, and for May, June and September six to nine months in advance, Plans.hr advises. Glamur Events says dates are usually booked about a year ahead and secured with a deposit, and sending an enquiry isn't a booking.

1. Glamur Events

Glamur Events from Zagreb is our first pick because it offers three kinds of photo booth in one place: a retro photo booth, a mirror booth and a 360 photo booth. With the retro and mirror booths, guests get unlimited prints on the spot, and you agree the print format with them. Props are free, and a frame design with names and date is included in the price at no extra charge.

The mirror booth is a mirror of about 1.80 m with a touchscreen and voice instructions, and its frame lights up in a colour of your choice. The 360 photo booth records short videos with music and a frame with names and date, which guests get straight away via QR code or link. A member of the Glamur Events team stays with the booth the whole time, and you can download all photos online after the party, while the 360 videos are sent on request. All three types need about 3 x 3 m of space.

For photo booth hire, Glamur Events doesn't publish a price list but prepares a quote based on date, location and chosen services, with a discount for several services. Alongside the photo booth it offers an LED dance floor, low fog, wedding lighting, sparklers, an audio guest book and a breathalyser, so you can arrange the whole party with one provider. It covers Zagreb and the surrounding area, and the rest of Croatia by arrangement.

Feature Detail
Booth types retro, mirror (about 1.80 m), 360 video
Prints unlimited (retro and mirror), format by arrangement
Included props, frame with names and date, operator
Digital online download, 360 video via QR code
Space about 3 x 3 m
Location Zagreb area, Croatia by arrangement
Price on request, discount for several services

Pros: three booth types from one provider, unlimited prints, free props and frame design, discount with other services such as a dance floor and low fog.

Cons: price list not published, dates fill up about a year ahead.

Our opinion: When you need lighting, a dance floor or low fog as well as a photo booth, one supplier means less coordination, and Glamur Events gives a discount for a package of several services. Send an enquiry as soon as you know your date, because dates are usually booked about a year ahead.

2. Luma Productions

Luma Productions from Zagreb has one of the cheapest published packages: Basic for 300 euros includes 3 hours and up to 300 prints on premium photo paper. Standard for 400 euros gives 4 hours, up to 500 prints, an extended props set and a choice of backdrop, and Premium for 600 euros gives 6 hours, unlimited prints and a branded print layout.

All prices include delivery, setup and an operator. They tailor the print design to the party theme and send a digital gallery on request right after the event. They don't state the print size, and you need to ask about extra hours and travel costs outside Zagreb.

Package Price Hours Prints
Basic 300 € 3 h up to 300
Standard 400 € 4 h up to 500
Premium 600 € 6 h unlimited

Pros: 300 euros for 3 hours, delivery, setup and operator included, Standard with a choice of backdrop.

Cons: Basic without props and with limited prints, extra hours and travel on request, print size not stated.

Our opinion: For a birthday or prom in Zagreb, Luma's Basic gives the most hours for 300 euros. For a wedding, take Standard, because four hours and props make the difference.

Besides the classic booth they offer an iPad booth and a mirror booth, priced on request. A hostess, online gallery and backdrops are listed as options, but the page doesn't say which package includes them. Photo-booth.hr states it isn't VAT-registered, so prices don't include VAT, and it charges 0.20 euros per kilometre for travel outside Zagreb.

Package Price Hours Prints
Quick 300 € 2 h 150
Party 380 € 4 h 200
Corporate from 460 € 4+ h unlimited

Pros: low starting price, 4-hour Party package for 380 euros, clearly stated travel costs.

Cons: limited prints in cheaper packages, unclear which packages include a hostess and gallery, mirror booth on request.

Our opinion: The 380-euro Party package is the cheapest published four-hour package. Just ask whether the hostess and gallery are included.

7. Photo Boothiga

Photo Boothiga from Osijek is the only provider on the list from Slavonia with published prices. The photo booth for 400 euros includes 4 hours, unlimited photos, prints, a cloud album and a photo book. The 360 video booth with a personalised video and music costs the same, as does the magazine booth, which runs all day and gives a personalised cover.

The Duo package costs 650 euros and Trio 800 euros for 4 hours, so you can combine several booth types. Two extra hours for the photo booth or 360 cost 100 euros. They don't state their coverage area or travel costs, and the price page is dated November 2025, so check the price.

Package Price Hours Included
Photo Booth 400 € 4 h prints, cloud album, photo book
360 Video Booth 400 € 4 h personalised video
Magazine Booth 400 € all day personalised cover
Duo / Trio 650 / 800 € 4 h combined booths

Pros: the only provider in Slavonia with published prices, 360 booth at the same price as classic, cheap two extra hours.

Cons: coverage area and travel costs not stated, prices from late 2025.

Our opinion: Travel costs from Zagreb to Osijek quickly eat up any saving, so for a wedding in Slavonia, look at Photo Boothiga. Its 360 booth for 400 euros is among the cheapest we found.

Frequently asked questions

How much does photo booth hire cost in Croatia?

From providers that publish a price list, packages start at 300 euros for two to three hours, and four-hour packages cost 380 to 500 euros. Plans.hr gives a range of 300 to 600 euros for a classic booth and 700 euros or more for larger interactive set-ups.

What's included in the price?

Usually an operator, props, a frame design with names and date, and printed photos, often with a digital gallery and QR code. The differences are in the number of prints, backdrop, guest book and travel costs, so compare the whole offer, not just the price.

How many hours of photo booth do I need for a wedding?

Most often four hours, because the booth gets most use after dinner and the first dance. For a birthday or company party, two to three hours is usually enough. Work out whether a longer package is cheaper than paying for extra hours.

Retro, mirror or 360 photo booth?

Retro and mirror booths print photos on the spot and work best at weddings. A 360 booth records a short video that guests get on their phone, with no print, so it's more popular at birthdays and company parties.

How much space does a photo booth need?

A classic booth needs at least 2.5 x 2.5 m and a socket nearby, and a mirror booth about 3 x 3 m. Outdoors it needs protection from rain and wind and a stable power supply, and internet at the venue for QR downloads.

How far ahead should I book a photo booth?

For summer Saturdays at least a year ahead, and for May, June and September six to nine months earlier. A date is usually secured with a deposit, and sending an enquiry isn't a booking.

How we chose

We chose photo booth hire providers by published prices, number of hours, number of prints, included extras, coverage and travel costs. We looked at 13 providers in Croatia and included those with a clearly published price list, with Glamur Events as our first pick. We left out providers whose prices are only indicative or all on request, or who don't state a location. We didn't include Event Team Artis (360 booth only, 400 euros for 2 hours) and Smart Event (from 450 euros) because they cost more per hour than the providers on the list. Prices are from providers' websites on 3 November 2026, and the advice on prices and booking comes from Plans.hr. We didn't use the services ourselves.
